 The idea of Japonica Restaurant was found by the owner of Rosalin Restaurant Group in January 2005. Studying many fine restaurants in Delaware's beach community and DelMarVa region, and listening to the voice of area's residents, Japonica decided to establish a restaurant that people can enjoy good foods with affordable prices. Japonica offers Asian foods based on Japanese cuisin, of course, including today's healthiest food, Sushi. The restaurant is not big, nor fancy, but at least you are guranteed in clean and cozy atmostphere. Hope Japonica can be always remembered in people's minds as a Rehoboth's jewely-like-dining spot.
